This is a positive scan from a roll of film I developed by hand in the dark for the first time...took the photo myself, too. There is a kind of pride you get from the darkroom stuff that you just can't duplicate digitally.

that's a really awesome picture. good job on the first time developing. first time i ever developed anything, it came out completely black...ergh. but you're right. there's nothing like a self-developed picture, compaired to digital. great job!

yes! I'm quite relieved it came out well. I've experienced developing prints but film strips are quite different...doing it in pitch black for instance... ^_^; oy i was fumbling all over the place

thats awesome! i love the texture with the black dots and the tone is really cool too! Having the film border is really effin awesome too :) i love this!
